Myers & Co., a preeminent forensic accounting, expert witness, and litigation support firm in the United States (www.tamcoforensic.com) that has been integrally involved in providing sophisticated litigation support in numerous complex, high profile financial disputes in the U.S. and around the world.

CTI provides targeted analysis and litigation support regarding China disputes and provides technical assistance to help facilitate coordination of complex issues relating to both the U.S. and China. CTI deploys an elite task force of sophisticated, native Mandarin speaking analysts with graduate and postgraduate degrees in a variety of technical specialties, including, among others, accounting, finance, and economics. Given the multi-disciplined nature of our analytical teams, we can provide high-level analysis of either Mandarin, Cantonese, or English source documents, in a number of industry specific disciplines.

CTI’s professional staff is available to assist in complex, cross-border financial analysis, due diligence, and dispute resolution on a temporary or ongoing basis. Our teams work virtually and can be deployed and/or dissembled on a relatively spontaneous basis, at a reasonable cost. CTI uses state-of-the-art audio and visual telecommunications technology to ensure optimal communication and efficiency.

CTI has worked on economic reform in China with the prestigious Development Research Center for the State Council, the leading China think tank in the People's Republic of China, which directly reports to the politically preeminent State Council of China, and has consulted with the China Banking Regulatory Commission, the China Securities Regulatory Commission, and the People's Bank of China, China's central bank. CTI principals have authored scholarly articles on business in China, including an article on evolving China corporate governance, recently published by the Journal of International Business Ethics in Beijing. Our chairman, Thomas A. Myers, is a Senior Advisor at the University of International Business and Economics ("UIBE"), located in Beijing. The UIBE has been rated the number one university for international trade in China.

CTI is also co-author of a comprehensive volume on sustainable entrepreneurship in China, published by the University of International Business and Economics. The book has been converted into an online course that is currently distributed to sixty-one learning centers throughout the PRC, with exposure to hundreds of millions of Chinese citizens. CTI has presented on behalf of the American Chamber of Commerce in Beijing on, among other things, due diligence relating to acquisitions in China and the latest developments in PRC enforcement regarding anti-monopoly aspects of intellectual property pricing in China.

A frequent keynote speaker in China, Mr. Myers was one of eight prominent business people in China selected by the Shanghai Chamber of Commerce to draft published policy questions for the incoming U.S. ambassador to China, Max Baucus, relating to pressing U.S./China commerce and legal issues.
